This website gives information about Noxivam and links to the official shop. Orders, deliveries and refunds are handled by the merchant, not by this site. Noxivam is a brand jointly operated and sold by John Jones and Eastgate Commerce Limited, and both companies act as seller and contracting party for all orders placed through the official website.

Returns and complaints

According to the merchant's returns policy, returns are registered through its returns portal within the stated period after receipt, with your order number and photos showing the product is unopened. Complaints go to [email protected]; the merchant's terms say a reply follows within 14 days of receipt, and that an alternative dispute resolution body in your own country may be approached if no solution is found.

Privacy

This site has no customer accounts, no contact forms and no newsletter, and it does not ask you for personal data. The only thing stored in your browser is a session flag that stops the short reminder box from showing more than once per visit; it is deleted when you close the browser.

Like every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, time and page requested) for security and to keep the site running.
